Saturday was a constructive day. Emptied a few more boxes, did a lot of ironing as well as made some fresh salsa. Checkout the cute little labels some sweet sister gave me that say "Belle's Kitchen" on them! Missing my old neighbors about now, when I used to make it at the old place-they'd get a call to come "taste-test" before I jarred them. Nonetheless, the salsa is made and ready to use when the need arises!
