well since Easter is almost here, I wanted to share my favorite recipe for them deviled eggs. Hope you get to try 'em!
6 eggs (boiled & cooled)
1/2 stalk celery (finely chopped)
1/4 onion (finely chopped)
1/4 c. mayo
salt to taste
1 dash hot pepper sauce
paprika (for garnish)--u know to make it look cute once done
Cut boiled eggs in half and remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash the yellows and add rest of ingredients except for the paprika. Stuff the whites with this mix, sprinkle w/paprika and refrigerate until ready to eat.
