KC holiday

Well we had a marvelous Thanksgiving and I hope you did as well.
Dan and I drove to KC for the holiday, we left early Wed. morning and arrived to gloomy, drizzly and cold weather, but come Thanksgiving day and the rest of the time we were there...it was beautiful, sunny and wonderfully cold.  We got to enjoy the newly installed woodburning stove, a stroll thru the woods, the serenity of the creek, the company and the peacefulness that comes with the fall.  Jacob arrived at 2:00 on Thanksgiving day and we had a fun trip back from the airport. Then it was homemade pizza's for the Jaeger Thanksgiving dinner since we were celebrating the traditional meal with Landon's side of the family.   Thank you Burke family for letting us join in- we had a wonderful time!  AND-- thank you Landon for letting us crash at the farm~
