This is the perfect season to buy fresh corn on the cob. This season, as with peaches, the corn seems to be at it's best! As I've mentioned before I like fresh produce from markets vs stores anytime. The other day I happened to get some corn and it was wonderful. Between Dan n I, we enjoyed 6 ears in 3 days. That good!
So if you're wanting to stock up on that fresh corn that's readily available be sure to buy enough to blanch and freeze for down the road.
