Cinnamon Pecans

1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 T. water
3 c. pecan halves
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. ground cloves
1/4 t. ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line jelly roll pan with foil. In a large bowl mix the egg white with the water and whisk together. Add pecans being sure to moisten completely in egg mixture. Combine all the spices and sugar in another small bowl and blend together, add to the pecans and toss to cover completely. Pour onto baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Stirring twice during baking time. Do not overcook! Cool and store in airtight container.
