Garden progress...

I have actually picked my first bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and lettuce from our little garden. What a great way to really appreciate veges! I must say it really wasn't very difficult other than the initial work, but then it is a very small garden-lol! Nonetheless, had a salad and enjoyed the lettuce and tomatoes. I still have to use the bell pepper but that will happen. I love to throw it in the pan when cooking mexican rice for added flavor-yum!
