time to get roasting

Made a pot roast and roasted veges (above) tonight for dinner. Hadn't made that in awhile but had been craving it. Dan n I love the roasted veges and could make a meal of just them alone. I usually sprinkle some rosemary from our garden. I'm glad that I dried some before we sold the house. Sure hope the new buyers will enjoy it, the basil, thyme and bay leaf!
