PUMPKIN BREAD

PUMPKIN BREAD
3 c. pureed fresh pumpkin
1 1/2 c. oil
3 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
4 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 t. each of baking powder & baking soda
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. each of cinnamon, cloves & nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 and grease and flour 3 loaf pans. In large bowl mix together the pumpkin, oil, sugar and eggs til smooth. Combine dry ingredients and mix to the pumpkin mixture until well blended. Pour evenly into each loaf pan and bake for 45 - 1 hr or until tops spring back when lightly pressed. (I like to get extra fresh pumpkins to cook and freeze them for using in this and other pumpkin recipes. Need help with this process?--holler!)
