Well I returned from my trip down South where the weather was extremely hot and dry due to a drought they have been experiencing. I'm sure that the dryness made for even hotter situations. The day I arrived the index said 100 degrees. It ran around 91-98 the rest of the time. Whew!
But I had a wonderful time with my Mom, mother-in-law and siblings. Lots of eating, cooking out, visiting and reminiscing. Enjoyed spending Mother's day there and hope I can do it again next year.
I am praying that the Valley will soon get some relief from the dry spell--are you listening God? They really need it- but you already know that!
