Construction has begun

The guys have started on the much anticipated addition to a clients home. This view is of their outside walkway that will end with a sitting area with a stone fireplace and granite countertop kitchen includting an outdoor grill and tv mounted above the fireplace. The home is located on the river front making the breezeway a wonderful addition for an outdoor living space. They decided to add to their home vs building a new home. The existing dwelling is 2000 sq feet and now the addition includes a 2100 addition consisting of a 3 car garage, large dining room, guest room and custom spa bath, a gym and utility room.
