Italian gem

During our trip to Dallas we wanted to get together with the Jones' whom we don't get to see often enough. We decided to go to dinner, our first choice was closed so we came upon a little Italian restaurant that no one had been to. We opted to eat there since it was late and why not? The food was great but what impressed all of us the most were the children responsible for waiting on the customers. They were the owners kids and they ranged from 12-15 in age. Guys, those kids were a blast! They were not shy, they carried themselves very responsibly for their ages and took very good care of us. Dan & I usually chat it up with our waiters/waitresses but this time they did all the entertaining. I went away wondering what their parents were like because as you will know, children are a reflection of their upbringing and I can't imagine how awesome their parents had to have been. Lucky for us they were in the kitchen cooking our meal!
