see, nothing like blogging about it to give me a swift kick in the pants!
Wrote about needing to decorate my dining table and then I jumped in and got 'er done.
I took my large- very long basket and filled it with greens, tulips, daisies and two large glazed ceramic pastel eggs.

I put a burlap runner over my crocheted tablecloth and a sheer green runner on top of that. Remember my great antique store find? My wooden chargers! Well, here they are, I paired 'em with the basic white dinnerware, Pfaltzgraff dessert mini plates, yellow cotton napkins with my last year purchase from Pier 1,the spring flower napkin rings.
Here you can see my antique egg holder!
Closer view of the egg cup holding an egg candle (gift set from my sister-in-law many years ago). In the background you can see my silver "Sir-bunny" that's paired with the Mrs. at the other end of the table.
Here's a "real" nest I found many years ago in our yard. I store it in the small crystal dish that was a gift from a very old friend (now gone).
