These are the cupcakes I made for Easter to take to friends. They're french vanilla and the center filled with yellow dyed cake mix to resemble a yolk, (pretty good huh)? Took some over to our apartment neighbor kiddos, but I think my kiddo (Dan) enjoyed them just as much.
