When we heard they accepted the contract on the house, we went out and celebrated but Sarah stopped off at the store to get a cake that she scribbled... "we're not homeless" on it, but it also had happy birthday on it because the bakery didn't have one without a greeting on it already. LOL (which makes the cake even funnier!)
