haven't been here for awhile due to the holidays and then being under the weather...again! After I returned from Dallas due to the humidity and the combination of winter and non-winter weather I developed a sinus infection. Luckily it happened the day after Christmas. Unfortunately I have been poor company for Dan. However, we had a wonderful Christmas! 
We had friends over for our last Christmas in Angleton and the kids and Dan made it here in time for helping and enjoying. We served cheese balls with crackers, spicy meatballs, mahogany chicken wings, pecan tassies, cookies, cupcakes, fudge, chips and dips, hot cider (compliments of Sarah), horchatas, and hot cocoa. The guests got individual take home goodies and the kiddos got treat bags.
